Rewrite your own story to Reclaim your voice! We will meet once a week for 4 weeks.
About this Event
In this safe and supported, experiential class, Buddhist Studies Scholar of Harvard Divinity, Tanny Jiraprapsuke, & Award-Winning Filmmaker / Activist Melissa Center guide us on a transformative journey– a journey that includes reclaiming our voices and our personal stories.
Tanny and Melissa teach with empathy, kindness, and understanding, encouraging us to use our creativity to let go of the pain, self-blame, and shame we may be holding, to find inner strength and a renewed sense of joy and freedom.
If you experience anxiety, fear or other long-standing hurts, this course can help you find your way to a calmer, more confident, more joyous you.
You’ll learn how to:

Transform pain and anxiety into an abiding sense of well-being and freedom
Understand digested trauma as wisdom you can share, rather than an act to condemn yourself
Cultivate creative processes for healing your trauma
This course includes:

Personal coaching from Tanny and Melissa
Weekly writing prompts
Encouragement to share your stories at the end of each session
